I was at your store yesterday with both my nieces (12 and 6 years old) . Who. We're very excited to purchase some Halloween items and candy.
Until we got to your cashier, we had waited in line for a longgggggg time but he the store was busy so is what it is .
We place are basket with goodies on the belt while still waiting . When your cashier rudely says to me " get your stuff out of the basket" in not exactly kind manner.
My niece then took the basket and tipped it over on the belt . Which this was still not good enough for your cashier !
And she said I don't need to be disrespected, it's not my job to take the items out of the basket !
I don't know your company policy but if the items are in the basket or on the belt your cashiers job is not affected either way .
She still has to grab the item and scan it and place it in a bag .
My youngest started crying and we ended up walking out leaving well over $20 I bought product and went to Walmart instead .
The way we where treated was unacceptable and appalling .
I suggest you hire help that actually wants to work at your store instead of some lazy unmotivated piece of crap with an attitude .
I used to shop at your store all the time for years but won't anymore it's not your product but it sure is the people you hire that in the end will be your companies down fall.
1 clerk in a store no manager on site shame on you .
