I visited this store Tuesday October 22, 2019 around 5pm. While standing in line waiting to checkout, I noticed the line was getting rather long. There was only 1 young man on the register checking out customers while 2 other employees just stood at an open register having a long conversation. This conversation went on and on while they ignored the long line of customers waiting to checkout. Customers began to get frustrated with the long unnecessary wait. Someone shouted out can we get some assistance on the other register and the employee shouted "NO" and then laughed. The customer said that's not funny. The employee ( a guy by the name of Anthony) said I've been here since 6am. I then said, that is not MY problem. Anthony continued to shout and disrespect me and another customer. We left our products and began to leave the store. I told Anthony that I will report him. He said SO! I told him you are being very unprofessional, what is your name? He stretched his name tag out towards me and encouraged me to go ahead and report him. I have never been disrespected by an employee of any store. I'd like to add that we are African American and he was Caucasian.
