Walgreens

This is the second time I've ordered photos from Walgreens in Quincy Illinois using the 1 hour service—for a gift—and they weren't ready 3 hours later.the first time it took 3 days for them to be done . This time, I called and the person working told me she couldn't be for sure but "maybe" tomorrow (24hrs later) they might be ready? I don't understand why she can't look in the computer and tell me an exact time? Plus, I think it is ridiculous that I still have to pay the 1 hour price? How is that quality customer service ?
