On 1/6/21 6:30PM CST I was inserting my card to pay outside at Store #113 OakLawn IL and the pump station said it was processing for about 3 minutes and it locked my card. I went inside the store to ask the associate for assistance and she said "you will not get charged for that " so I changed pump station and the same issue (locked card) so I went to the inside of the store once again to ask about the issue and the associate Brianna #050906 was rude and clapping her hands telling me "why did you switch pumps for its not going to fix the issue". May I mention the first time I went inside she never told me to not change pumps. She was being rude, and loud telling me what to do, that is not how customer service should be. I would like for customer service to be a bit nicer just because they are having a bad day doesn't mean that I should have a bad day as well.
