I placed an order at 11:35 and I was told the order would be ready by 11:58,
I arrived at 11:51 and I waited 10 minutes. When the lady gave me the bag, I paid her then checked my order which was wrong.
I ordered Chk Tender dinner, seasoned fries and regular fries as my sides. I asked for Buff Sauc on the chk tenders, Jr Chk Tenders with Jr Garden Salad, ranch dressing, order of Chk Strips/Tenders dipped in buff sauc.
I asked for the manager and I was told that there was no manager on duty.
I was told on the phone that they had regular and seasoned fries.
They lied and just gave me what they wanted too.
This is totally unacceptable. They lied and I'm quite sure there was a manager on duty.
Desired outcome: Please refund me

Manger Isaiah, is completely rude to his employees and his customers. He is also a creep. He made a false statement saying I have made no contact no show for work in over 3 weeks but I contacted the other manger with the few days I did miss. And also he does not work the shifts I work because he physically changed my schedule. I also have serval textual evidence from coming in contact with my other mangers who actually care about their other employees. Isiah has made it clear more then once he only cares about the cash. I called off one night because me and my wife had to relocate a new hotel because we are homless and he told me it was not common sense and to make my wife and 14 month old son at the time stand outside and wait over 8 hours for my shift to be done.
Desired outcome: He honestly needs to be fired . Very unprofessional
