On 6/26/2023 at 2:36 PM, I visited your location at 3433 Avenue of the Cities, Moline, IL. One of the maintenance persons was in the process of cleaning the floors in the rest room. The floor was "extremely" wet. She did have the sign up. But, being a senior, it was urgent. I fell in the stall and could not get up because it was so slippery with so much water and soap on the floor. The maintenance lady heard me fall and after a period of time of not being able to get up, she told me to unlatch the door and she would help me. Even with her assistance, it was very difficult to get up with the amount of water on the floor. She was finally able to help me get up, get my clothes back up and get out and sit down. She then went to get a manager to let her know what had happened. Manager wouldn't even come over to see if I was alright or anything. Comment was that it was my own fault since the sign was out.
