Firestone Complete Auto Care - Service

I went to the Firestone store in Midlothian, Illinois 14740 S Pulaski on Saturday, September 2, 2023 approximately 8amto get my tires rotated. The person I encountered was name Steve. When my car was being serviced he called me to look at my tires in which one of them had a nail embedded in it. He showed me a technique to check if I would have to purchase a new tire. It turned out they were able to fix the tire. I requested that they balance and align by tires. I paid $120 to get alignment. When Steve stated my service was completed he did not say that nothing major was wrong with my vehicle. I received the receipt and paperwork. Drove my car on the expressway and my car started to vibrate when I reached more than 60 mph, and my vehicle was NOT doing that before taking it to this location. Took my car back on yesterday, September 5, 2023 at approximately 4pm and explained to the person was going on, the person at the desk went in the service area and spoke with someone and they took my car in and lifted it up. I saw the technician take the tires off and he even drove it and said he felt the vibration as well. One he stated that, they come with I need a battery, rotators, brakes, tires. I was just at the location 3 days earlier and this was not brought to my attention in fact on the receipt it stated my battery met manufacture standards and should check in 90 days. I am explaining this to the person assisting me and I asked to speak with the manager he stated it was Steve. Steve came out the office and said hello and then saw someone walk in the door he knew and took him in his office. I am a paying customer and have had business with Firestone a long time. I did not appreciate the treatment I received and the contradicting information that was given to me. Why did I pay $120 and the service was not completed and if all these things are wrong with my car why I was not told this when I took my car on Saturday. I need an explanation, I will never take my car back there because I would not trust their service.

If you need to contact me via email or telephone, my name is Mechelle Wilbon

Invoice#178926.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund to my credit card with Firestone because the service was not completed and explained.
