I visited your store #[protected] S US Highway 45., Lindenhurst IL) during my lunch break.
The plan was to spend some time with my son while we ate. Unfortunately due to the bad management of that store the personnel not being ready it took over 10mts to get two lousy chicken meals ready.
By the time we got our food my lunch break was almost over and had no option but take the food to go.

Upper management needs to think and consider the people that plan to go to a fast food restaurant during lunch time. The reason to select a fast food restaurant is because is supposed to be FAST.
If I would have known it was going to take that long to prepare our meals I would never have stopped at your restaurant.

I would like to get a follow up email regarding this complaint.
