Pizza Hut

I ordered and paid for food online from the Pizza Hut in Country Club Hills Illinois on 4/9/2021. Unbeknownst to my teenage sons, they also paid the delivery driver as well. We double-paid. The delivery driver surely knew this was a credit card purchase, but took money from my children nonetheless. When I called the store for a refund I was informed that the driver told them he never took money from my children, basically calling them liars. I was never refunded and was eventually hung up on. I have filed several online complaints, to no avail. I will never be dining with any of these franchises again. My bill was only $39.
