Great Clips

we always go to the great clips on grand, chicago. first time went to this one in university village. in spite of clearly instructing the stylist, she did exactly opposite of the hair cut that was intended. it was an awful experience. my beautiful hair had gone, she had cut it down so short now .
this location is the worst one.
