EyeMart Express - Customer service/glasses

I have had worse experience after several yrs of using Eyemart in Chamapign,IL. The glasses have been remade 4x and I am still waiting. I feel like they are delaying on purpose now. The lady who I believe is manager is not the friendliest person either. I am not sure what is missing. I pretty much said what I needed to say. The service has been terrible.
