Dear Sir
Gary Garfield, CEO.
My name is Daniel Glosky. 11/20/2023
This is a up date about my (FIRESTONE COMPLAINT). First of all I would like to say thank you to Mr. Gary Garfield, CEO, for what he did not do. Help me.
We desperately need our car my wife and I have been calling and getting no where, So on Wednesday 11/15 I called again it was 10am. I told the man who I am and I want to know about my car.
The man told me to wait he will go back to the shop area and check up. After a very long time he came back and said, your car is running good and the men are working on the brake line and the car will be ready about noon they will call.
This is good news I told my wife, she was very happy and excited.
Next it was about 3pm, and I was just about to leave our home and walk to the shop a very long walk, I knew the car had to be finished, my wife told me to call to make sure it is fixed.
Reluctantley, I called up the shop and talked to another man and asked about my car? Now this man told me they did nothing to my car it is not fixed. They told me they don’t know what is wrong with the car, and have it towed out.
Can you see any thing wrong here, do they have so much hate for Veterans
15 days of lies for what?
I am 85 years old and I never met a mechanic or shop that could not fix a car.
So I had the car towed out to another shop, this shop man told me they have burned out the starter and more damage when I had it towed into Firestone.
Thank You

Dear Sir
Gary Garfield, CEO.
My name is Daniel Glosky. 11/11/2023 VETERANS DAY
I am an 85 year old Veteran and my wife is 79 years old and we both need doctor’s care we have appointments to go to. I have appointments with the Hines VA hospital.
We desperately need our car, we live in a suburb and there is little public transportation.
Now here is our COMPLANT. On 11/1/2023
I called Firestone Auto 451 N. Bolingbrook, IL ph [protected]. A woman answered the phone very politely, I told her that my car will not start and I have a leak in a brake line under the car on the driver’s side in the center of the car. I explained I thought it might be the ignition switch.
The woman said have it towed in and we will take care of it no problem, Then I told her that I was a Veteran and I needed my car back, because I have a appointment at Hines Hospital on Friday 10th that is 10 days in advance.
Now the woman tells me it will take a very long time, I noticed that her voice has changed to me once she found out that I was a Veteran. I should have not told her that I was a Veteran; I would have my car a long time ago.
My car has never moved since I had it towed in, my neighbor drives me every day with him.
They never call me, I always call them. I call them they tell me the car will not start.
Another day I they think my car is out of gas, All kind of crazy stories.
They said the car has to be pushed in. Why not do it, and fix it? My car is in the same place other cars come and go why? Because they do not like Veterans?
Now they tell me it will be very expensive, they have to do extra things. They never move the car they just guess. But I have to pay.
So I ask when will it be ready? They say it will be a very long tine maybe weeks.
They tell me to rent a car, I live on SS.
I need help, I need my car, I NEED MY CAR. This is 11 days.
Thank You Daniel Glosky
Claimed loss: time that I have to live, I am 85 years old, and what they did to me and mt sick wife, and loss of my car.
Desired outcome: I would to ask is ,what ever you what would ask for, if you were in my shoes
