I wanted a value meal but for the burger to have only ketchup, nothing more, the attendent natalie couldnt do that, because she said I was special ordering my burger, but I was allowing you to keep all the condiments except ketchup, but I was so frustrated with er english and not being able to understand because she was obviously new I just paid the individual prices of $11.51 for a burger value fry value nuggets and a small drink, because it wasnt worth me argueing with someone who just plainly did not understand! Then preceded to stare at me during my dining experience, I wont be back if this is common practice for customer service? Here is the info if you would like to verify? Im still angry this mistake was just trying to be covered up! Fyi im 51 and this is my first complaint to a restaurant ever.
