Family Dollar - Prepaid phone card issue

My uncle, who is a disabled vet, purchased two prepaid phone cards from Family Dollar in Payette Idaho. The cashier told him she couldn’t print a receipt, and my uncle didn’t really understand what she was saying, and proceeded with his order. I was in the next line over paying for some items that I had so I was not with him, the phone cards that he purchased said clearly on the back of them display only do not leave store cashier failed to inform him of that. Sold them to him. Did not give him the receipt which contains the pin numbers for the phone cards. I had called back trying to help him and she had given me a couple of numbers off of the receipt. However, they were not the correct numbers. She said she couldn’t do anything further and that I should call the prepaid card phone company. So I called TracFone which was the cards that were purchased And they said they had no proof that they had any cards been purchased even after I gave him the numbers off of the receipt that the cashier had given me and after a lengthy conversation there he directed me to call back to the store to resolve the issue there . This went on for about three days between the store and the phone company. There’s no way to get a hold of anybody at corporate to talk to anybody there. They just simply say send us an email which I did in hopes that I would get a response which I have not , this one cards were purchased the beginning of November they were $40. Each. One of them was for my uncle. One of them was for my father. The manager at the payette store was extremely rude, and basically said she didn’t know anything about the cards and that my uncle should’ve been able to just figure it out , so here we are a month later I’ve made several phone calls back-and-forth and nobody can seem to help me just get the minutes that they need for their phones, after all, they paid for them. They are both on limited incomes and don’t have the extra $80 to lose. I don’t want a refund I just want my uncle and my dad to be able to have the minutes put on their phones , so if somebody could please tell me how to go about getting this resolved I would greatly appreciate it.

Family Dollar - Hostile work environment

Recently I quit my job at family Dollar. I enjoyed my time working there however I will not tolerate being bullied because of my medical issues (severe hearing loss & a very weak bladder). I quit because the main manager is a bully, she called me names, laughed in my face, talked badly about me as if I wasn't there, mocked me & refused to let me use the restroom (I would be working 8 hour shifts) she treats her staff and customers as if she is above them & we are just ants who can be walked over. She's Been reported by several customers and employees but nothing has happened. I will not stop until she has been fired. She yells at her customers & cusses them out because they call her out for being a [censored]ty boss.

Desired outcome: Manager needs fired.
