Just was @ Michael's only to learn you no longer have coupons available to customers @ the register. Not sure what manager thinks customers standing in line looking for a coupon on the phone is what's best for the customer or the line of customers behind me. You are no longer accommodating your customers, plenty of other stores to shop. You just lost a value customer. Hobby lobby only 2 blocks from your store.
