I went to Long John Silver's/KFC on April 15th, 2010 at 4:49 p.m. I ordered a fish and shrimp platter. The gentleman in the back started to make my platter. I waited. And waited. And waited. After waiting 12 minutes, I asked the cashier how much longer I would have to wait. I was then told I was waiting for fresh shrimp. So there sits my platter on a pplastic tray. When the cashier told the gentleman putting the meals together that I was waiting for 10 minutes, then- and only then- did he put my platter under a heat lamp. Two more minutes passed. Then the gentleman put the fresh hot shrimp on the cold plate and brought it up to the counter and gave it to me. I asked him to replace everything but the shrimp, since I sat there and watched it get cold. He snapped at me, " I just had it under the heat lamp!" I replied, " not for very long. Feel a french fry, they are cold!" he took the plate, put it in a microwave and handed it back to me! Then real snotty he said, " I hope you enjoy that! And i did put it under a heat lamp!" I asked to speak to the manager and he told me no and walked away! Does anyone know how to contact the corporate office so I can lodge a complaint with them! The "wonderful" server's name was Marvin.
i have encountered a problem like that where i wasnt able to speak to mngmt so i wrote a letter and nothing was done so i used my legal membership and the lawyer wrote a letter on my behalf and not only did i get an apology my next meal was free so leave it to a lawyer and i know you may feel its not worth it because of the cost but i only pay 26.00 a month and the letter didnt cost me any extra so if you need more info heres my email rwj19731@yahoo.com
