Wendy’s

I’m so thrown back this is a Wendy’s in Cedar Rapids iowa on 1852 42nd st ne. Very bad! Open toed shoes dirty street cloths outside coats music blasting some with headphones cleaners/chemicals around food one person is using gloves no hair nets no one has on proper clean uniforms tee people eating at drive thru window the store is filthy and to top it off the manager nodding as if she’s high off drugs and to top it off again they are not making orders correctly and when you ask to speak to manager she yells at you and tells you you cant get a refund because you ordered on the mobile app. This location needs to be shut down!
