On Feb. 3,2023 Home Depot delivered a new washer and dryer to our home in Hahira, Ga. When setting up the washer the drivers said that the cold water was not working and they would set up a plumber to take care of the problem, well here it is the 9th of Feb. and no plumber, I have called Home Depot.com every day since Sunday Feb.5th and no one can get me an answer as to when the plumber will be making contact with us. I really wish now I had made the purchase with one of your competitors. A company as big as Home Depot I would think they would have a strong customer service not a week and no care attitude, perhaps I will get a answer soon.
