I started a membership back in October or November of 2022, I went a couple of times and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately six days before Christmas I lost my Dad, on top of that my Grandmother was sent home with hospice and needs someone with her constantly which is myself that takes care of her. I called and explained the situation as to what had happened and what was going on, and how I needed to cancel my membership due to the fact I no longer had the time to go to the gym anymore. I was informed that I had to return to the original gym that I started the membership in just to cancel it, I explained that I could not do that as I was in FL taking care of my Grandmother who could not be left alone, so therefore driving to Tifton GA was out of the question. I was then told that was the only way to cancel my membership.
