Firestone Complete Auto Care

I went to another establishment to get an oil change and they said that they suspected that I had a small oil leak. Since Firestone is my mechanic, I took my vehicle there to ask if they can see if there is a leak. Two associates there said that "they don't do leaks". I asked if they could just look, and they refused. I am confused. The sign outside says complete auto care. Also, my family has spent thousands of dollars at this busy, and to be turned away like this is insulting.

Please address this issue and let me know your results. We will take our vehicles elsewhere and tell our friends to do so if this cannot be resolved. Thanks in advance.
