06/14/2023 at 12:25 PM I went to the 3089 Windy's store and order what I have order every day for years. I was handed a receipt for $16.64 and I said no that not mine. Then JESSICA looked and then printed me a receipt for $6.61 which was correct. Both charges are on my bank card. You have charged me both. I don't understand what has happened to your company. The service sucks and the people are worse. They do not speak English the store is filthy and water is all around the drink machine with not carpet there the catch the water. I would think after the law suite about two years ago slipping on the wet floor and the woman broke her shoulder and hear trauma. We were there, inside eating, when it happened. You need to get someone out to this location quickly before there is another law suite.
Wendy's stores are just not what they should be anymore. We are very disappointed in your company. I am a practicing attorney and can see these things for my self. You are leaving yourself wide open for law suits.
Desired outcome: $16.64 put back in my ban account.
