Texas Roadhouse

Hi my name is Nicole and I drove 45 minutes after being invited to interview for a server position that I had applied for online. The manager explained that it usually doesn't work out being a server with no experience and that he wanted to offer me a host position. My resume was shared and I felt unwelcome being a African American female with a perdomently all Caucasian staff. IF YOU EVER WANT RO BE A SERVER I WAS HOPEING TEXAS ROAD HOUSE would give me a chance. There were NO African Americans working at the Newnan GA location.
