Hooters

On May 4, 2020 I called in an order to be picked up at 2:00 pm curb side. I had ordered 10 all flat wings with ranch sauce on side and curly fries; I had a 2nd order with 10 all flat wings with teriyaki on side and tater tots with Dr. Pepper which came to a total of $50 for order and $6.00 tip. when we got home to eat the wings were very hard, dry and cold; the fries and tots were almost burnt they too were hard to chew, couldnt cut with a knife. the drink was good. they were already pre-cooked, set under a lamp, left over from night before. total of 20 wings and had to throw 1/2 away. Even my Yorkie wouldnt eat it. so, pick up, delivery or curb side not the way to go. The girl that gave us our order was nice. I think its better we go in next time we will get hot meal then. Been coming to Hooters for at least 10 yrs in diff areas. Would like a refund of $50 or 2 FREE meals of what we ordered. Not a happy camper.
