Walton County DFCS (Division of Family and Children Services) - Being denied food stamps and medicaid for self and children

My name is Ruth Love and my client ID is T23292301. I applied for assistance & was given an appointment for a phone interview on 10/23 and never received a call. I was able to get someone to send out another reschedule date but was never able to get through to set it up. A M. Thomas is on my paperwork but gave me the wrong number to call her. I finally realized which number in the sequence was wrong and have left her well over 2 dozen messages to set up a phone interview and never received a call back. She sent me a denial of benefits due to not keeping an appointment. How am I denied when I've never been able to get through to her or I'm not called back? I've included copies of the paperwork she's sent me showing the wrong number she provided. It's also extremely difficult to get through to the 1-877-423-4746 number as well. I've called that number well over a dozen times and don't get a call back. My telephone number is [protected]
Thanks
