[protected] and [protected] are not in service. Customer Service link (http://www.sureheat.com/contactConfirm.asp) reports an Internal Server Error.
I need customer service to help me with a Model T35PHLP. Unfortunately, the instructions were written for the larger model, not the Patio Heater. For example, one of the instructions reads" Use match to light pilot light, obtain new igniter and replace". It would have been helpful if there were a more detailed parts diagram.
So, how do I get help and where would I buy the replacement parts if I need to?
Unable to make the igniter work and unable to find a remote control transmitter and unable to find a supplier and unable to find a repairman who has any knowledge about Sure Heat. Tried numerous time to contact by phone both Customer Service and Home site Numbers. No luck. Filled the online form weeks ago--nothing. Do they still exist? Does anyone know where to find help or local repair people for these fireplaces?
