I went to purchase breakfast at 7:15 am today October 1/2023. I was refused service by an employee or manager, whose name is Bre. I ordered bacon and egg toast, but I was given only the egg in a container, when I brought it to her attention, she refused to change the order and correct her mistake, then she refunded me my money and proceeded to verbally abused me. She said, "You are not getting anything" and along with the cook, they showed me the door after refusing my order. I am very disappointed with her behavior, and her treatment of customers who were witnessing her attitude and disgusting behavior. People with poor customer service skills, should not be working at a reputable place like Waffle House. I am employed with a reputable company of over 100 employees about 5 mins. away from this establishment, I will inform all my associates not to do breakfast there and I will never set my feet in there again as long as she and the cook is employed there. I have been to several Waffle Houses for breakfast and received excellent treatment from the staff...but something is wrong with that place, and it needs to be corrected.
