Pizza Hut

I ordered a pizza at 10:33 said in the email that 11:15 it will be delivered. At 11:27 I called to check on it already an hour in. They say it's a new driver he is on the way. Mind you I live literally down the same street as pizza hut! Well at 12:45I call back to say please cancel order and refund money to card. They put me on hold and a man comes to phone i think manager. Nasty attitude and saying" well the driver went to your house and called and you did not answer" which is a lie bc I say in the window with window open and no one showed up. Or called. So that was a lie. I ask for a coupon for the inconvenience and he says "no im not getting you nothing". So I say thank you and replied I will contact corporate. He was very mean and rude!
