Elberton GA store # 5640 Dollar Tree 09 17 2021 visit to store 17 people in line with 1 registrar open. 4 employees in the corner by the office talking. The lady who stated she was the manager was on the phone talking very loudly about her employees by name and telling she " ran a tight ship". A lady in line stated they needed to open another registrar. The said manager was foul mouthed to this lady and upset other customers. A second registrar was opened... Well, the registrar was not ready and we all waited more as more people got in line. Seems management should have been better prepared for a lunch time crowd. The manager also attacked verbally another lady who made a comment not heard. She told her not to come back ever to her store. Desirable resolution: manger should be terminated for her foul mouth and very poor treatment of customers and talking on the phone loudly about employees by name in open store for all to hear.
