The restroom at the Michael's store in Douglasville Ga. was BEYOND dirty. I've NEVER seen such an unsafe and unsanitary public restroom facility. I immediately left and drove home to shower. I love Michael s and have spent thousands of dollars over the years so I want this problem to be addressed and handled. Thanks for your consideration. I have photos, also, as proof. Every single stall of the women's room had not been flushed and had urine on the seats, on the floor, and water overflow on the floor. The sink countertop was dirty as well as the floor. I felt dirty as I left the restroom.
Desired outcome: To know that it has been addressed and will be followed up. I would like a store credit to make up for my list time and aggravation.
