Waited for delivery over a month for a refrigerator that was "in stock". No show no call first delivery. 3 weeks later stove and refrigerator were delivered. Stove & refrigerator turned on. Was told to wait 24 hours for cooling. Never went below 80 degrees. Local lowes solution. They can pick it up and we wait 4 weeks for a new one. Or "just buy another refrigerator". We planned for 6-12 hours of food cooling, but will most likely loose most of it. Nothing they can do. "Buy another refrigerator". This is a small town, lowes is the only appliance place. Such poor customer service. We are so frustrated. Not even a chance for a comprable exchange.
Desired outcome: New refrigerator asap. Not waiting 4 weeks. An even exchange would be fine.
