I stay at this locale occasionally. During the corona virus, I have stayed here 5 times in last 2 weeks. The manager asked me a strange question have I been to see the room? How could I see the room when you haven't signed me in yet? Then the general manager made it a point to tell me that he gave me the wrong rate, a very good rate. This was all spoken with a mask and strong accent. I got upset and tried to call corporate complaint # and she denied saying anything, I could not understand one word that customer service rep said. I finally hung up. Then the gm tried to say she was just mentioning it but I think she really wanted more $. The next day I apologized for being short even though I knew I was not wrong. She said she hoped I was in a better mood today. Totally diflecting the blame. What kind of customer service is this and if you didnt want more money, why did you ssay anything? Today the vending machines werent working and I lost $2.50. The manager just said don't put any money in it. He never offered a refund. I informed them the bedspread had a burn hold in it and I diod not want to get blamed. The girl said we cant make every room perfect with no apology. The room I had before this had a mes behing the rfrigerator which I took pics of. I told them about it. Rather than clean it, they ignored it. I stayed that day and left. Do not stay here
