Dunkin' Donuts

This has been on going and only during the busiest of times. The DD at 4760 Memorial Drive in Decatur or Stone Mountain Georgia (their right on the line of two towns) does get busy around noon. To the point that if you order to go like I did today and it took me 15 minutes to arrive, my To Go Order was not ready. After waiting for quite some time someone asked me my name and I told them. They were running around like crazy. Usually during these times they get an order wrong. Today it was not like that. But when ordered a donut that had icing on it, and I opened the bag at home, the donut was laying upside down, stuck to the bottom of the bad and they must have picked it up with their hands because there was no paper with it. Sometimes my lid comes off and I drop it on the way to the car because they are not pushing the lids on tight enough. And lately when they are not very busy most of the people are wearing their masks below their chin. They might even be related but they don't need to infect others and breathe on my orders. They need to slow down to some degree when in their busy times. They are making mistakes and are not paying attention to the orders.
