I have had ongoing problems with lies from CVS Pharmacy and delivery times.

On 7/13, my Dr called in a scrip for Buprenorphine. It was a day early, but by law, they can fill 5 days early..

They said it would be ready tomorrow (today) yet the recorded message said it would be ready yesterday at 12:00pm. Today I was there at 9:00 am expecting it to be ready as promised.

They made up another excuse that all controlled substances would not be ready until after 2:45. I was NEVER told this prior. This is very poor business. I am a 70 year old senior with congestive heart failure and have to walk 1/2 mile to get there and back. It is 90 degrees already. This game playing puts my life in jeopardy.

I asked the storre manager for help and they did nothing.

I am filing a civil suit for negligence;intentional infliction of emotional distress, harassment, and what ever else I can think of.
