We visited the location in canton, ga last night, 8/14. When we walked in I immediately smelled the sour smell of dirty, wet, dishcloths. It was extremely unpleasant. I asked the server what the smell was and he said he did not smell it. Of course, he had probably been there for some time and had gotten used to it! The last time I was there a few weeks ago, the same odor was in the air. I would appreciate it if the manager of that location could be notified. I'm not the only one who could smell the terrible, stale, and sour odor. Just think of an old, smelly, rag sitting in front of you at the table... This is exactly what it smelled like. If they are using those old dirty rags to clean off the tables I can only imagine the bacteria they must also be spreading as well.
I have never complained about a restaurant before, but I normally love longhorns. I won't be going back if the issue is not resolved.

Refund/gift card would be nice. At least that would make the $80 dinner seem not so much a terrible experience.
