Try green has cause considerable damage to my grass in front and back. After a number of complaints as noticeable negative or burning of my grass, finally a lead technician came out and took pictures and verbally agreed that under trugreens care this damage occurred. Next a manager came and also agreed and stated he knew which technician caused this damage among other customers and he was fired. A date was set to start the turn around treatment, but no one came. I called John Willis and got an explanation of issues he was having with his staff. Therefore that's not my problem. If the HOA finds out about this horrible condition, that can cause me additional stress emotionally as well as mentally. I've been loosing sleep, not able to eat, worried about a reprimand from the HOA. The negative appearance is gassy. I'm 68 years old and it seems to me I'm being taken advantage of, let alone my race. I'm not giving up and tired of this run around. Next step suggested to me is highly being considered to turn to legal action.
