Navy Federal Credit Union [NFCU]

Today [protected] around 10am I entered NFCU after I was advised to return with specific documents to maintenance an account. I was introduced to an bank associate Kim and was given very poor customer service and professionalism. Kim accused me of having a "good" fake driver's license. When she asked me about a former addressed I could not remember the correct address from 2019, she sat back in here chair and told me I was scamming "her" she did not mention NFCU. I asked to see her supervisor and she attempted to hold on to my driver's license. Service from Kim at NFCU was so horrible, I left and went thirty minutes up the road to NFCU in Grovetown. At the Grovetown location an associate name Mrs. Ashton helped me out with the upmost respect and patience. Mrs. Ashton walked me through the security questions of my previous address and helped me my memory to recover my passwords. Working with Mrs. Ashton was an entirely different and welcoming experience. I appreciate all her help and would not feel comfortable returning to Robert C. Daniel Pkwy (Augusta, GA) way location. But thanks again to Mrs. Ashton, you are a great representation of NFCU and very welcoming unlike Kim from NFCU Robert C.D. Pkwy.
