Lowe's - Poor customer service

I purchased a GE Profile All-in-one Washer Dryer Combo on 2 JUL 2023. It was delivered on 6 JUL 2023 (the first day I took paid leave from work), and while installing it, the delivery team dropped it while taking it upstairs. As soon as they finished the installation, they left without testing it. Later that evening, while starting to wash a load of clothes, the machine started making loud banging noises, stopped mid-cycle, locked the door, and shut down. I called Lowe’s and was told someone would come to fix it, but I’d have to wait until the 13th of JUL. The 13th arrived (second day I took paid leave off), and this person explained that he was only a deliverer, not a technician, and he couldn’t fix the machine. He documented the problem and stated that I needed a replacement. I called Lowe’s and requested a replacement machine and was originally told that I’d have to wait until August before it would arrive. However, after explaining that this time was unacceptable because I already had gone a week unable to wash clothes, Lowe’s said they’d get me a replacement by 16 JUL. I informed the representative that I had clothes in the washer that were locked in the washer, sitting in water since 6 JUL, and she told me to force the door open to get the out, which I did. Later that evening, I received a call from Lowe’s. The representative attempted to tell me that my washer couldn’t be delivered until 27 JUL. I told them that this date was unacceptable because I already had to go two weeks without a washing machine. He responded by saying he could deliver it on the 20th, but it was the best he could do. I left work and went to Lowe’s to talk to someone, explaining to a floor supervisor that I was promised that my washer would be delivered on the 16th, and I expected Lowe’s to keep that promise. She said she’d look into it, and later that evening, I received a call stating that my machine would be delivered on the 16th as originally stated. The 16th came, and the deliverer called asking if he could just drop the machine off in my garage. I told him no, that he had to remove the defective machine in my laundry room and install my new one, making sure that it works properly. He asked what floor my laundry room was on, and I told him the second floor, and he hung up. About 30 minutes later he called again stating that my machine wasn’t on the truck. I called Lowe’s delivery and was informed that my machine was indeed on the truck and they’d call me back, guaranteeing that my machine would get delivered. About two hours later, I received a call from Lowe’s delivery that they had now rescheduled me for delivery on 20 JUL, explaining that this delivery guy told them that he attempted to call me, and I didn’t answer the phone, which was why he didn’t deliver my machine. I informed this person that his delivery guy was a liar, stating that he told me my machine wasn’t on his delivery truck. He responded with a lot of useless platitudes, followed by stating that 20th was the best he could and we could discuss compensating me for my the inconvenience. The 20th arrived (third day that I ha to use my paid leave), I waited the entire day, and again the delivery team didn’t deliver my washing machine. I make around $500 a day at my job, so I used approximately $1500 of my personal leave time, in addition to about $150 spend to go to the laundromat. I expect full reimbursement.

Desired outcome: I want my washing machine delivered immediately.Reimbursement of $1650 for leave used (I make over $500 per day at my job) and laundry bill ($150).

Lowe's - Floor measurement

I asked that a room in my house be measured for installation of a new floor, they scheduled the measurement for 21 June 2021. Your representative showed up at my house without a mask, when I questioned him about not having a mask, he told me had been vaccinated showing no proof that he was. This is unacceptable in this day and time everyone entering your house should ware a mask. My name is Max Holmes - Augusta Ga. [protected]. your attention to this matter is appreciated.

Desired outcome: If I decide to have your company install a floor for me your contractors must have a mask on to enter my property.
