I went in normally and asked to have a tire replaced. After the tire was replaced, I was never called to check out. They left my car in the service bay with no one around it, so I had to ask if my car was ready. Only after this, did they say my car was ready. Then, during the check-out, they refused to give me a paper receipt. They said they could not do so because their printer was broken. Then they offered to send it to my email. I said no, you must give me a proper paper receipt. They said no way. So I left your store with no receipt of my payment. Their employee Malcolm was very rude to me when I asked for a paper receipt. I had also requested that the pressure in my spare tire was checked. They did not do this. The service manager then told me to drive my car out of the service bay. There was a car blocking my way, so I told the service manager to drive it out. He seemed very annoyed at this and then drove my car out of the service bay. The date for this is 9/20/21. I have always spent money in your stores, will never use Firestone again. I received horrible service at your store and the staff did not care.
