My name is Mc Kenzie Menard, I made a online order to be delivered. When I did not receive my order, which I made online to be delivered. I contact the Domino's store #(8876) at 10:57 pm to confirm my order, No answer. After wait for an extended time for my delivery. I contact the store location again at 12:31 am ; An employee of the location answered. I explained my situation, She claims the store does not deliver at that address.( 169 Trinity Ave Atlanta, Ga 30303). I continued by implying that the store location was listed as one of the locations online that could take my order and deliver. She stated, the store no longer delivers to that address. I asked to speak to management. She said, she was manager and that theirs is nothing she could do. I said I would contact the store or either drive to the store location about what has happen to get my money back. However, I did not go to the Store. I called the location at 10:07 am. I spoke with an employee. Explain what happen. She stated my payment would be reimbursed to my card within 3 to 5 business days. I've paste a copy of my receipt and order details for further review, if needed. thank you.
