Poor customer service! On october 3, 2020, I enrolled in auto pay. Cricket's website said that 90.00 would be debited from my credit card on october 4th. When I logged into their website later that day, it said that the payment would be debited on october 3rd (which is my payment due date.) on october 4th, cricket suspended my account and slapped me with a 15.00 late fee. I called cricket and I told a representative that I wanted the late fee cancelled, I wanted to pay the monthly amount to have my service restored. The agent refused my demands. I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor refused to credit my account. I pay over 1,000.00 a year for phone service. Cricket is willing to lose a customer over $15.00? Idiots!
