Athens ga lexington rd mavis tire, mgr was rude, sarcastic and continued to antoganize me when I asked if they were going to fix my vehicle they damaged with floor jack…. Mgr would not discuss the issue and continued to antaganize me with smug responses of no we are not fixing your car.. This became very frustrating to be talked to in such a demeaning way. This borders elder abuse. When you have to yell at the person to stop you are damaging my car…then the mgr talks to you with such sarcastic behavior and then refuses to even discuss the damage he witnessed.. I showed the mgr the big sign in the lobby referencing 100 percent satisfaction. The mgr stated…no, not going to fix it.
Desired outcome: Repair damage through independent auto body shop, mgr shud be trained on how to deal with customers who suffer damage by poorly trained workers and an sarcastic rude mgr,reprimand…request termination
