We were told at the start of personal training that the only way to get a refund was with a doctors note. Turned out my wife did end up in the ER for a massive hernia and she had ER paperwork AND a doctors note but they refused to refund the unused session and said there was nothing they could do. I have quit the gym over this and had been told we couldn't terminate until 4/20 and of course they took the third months fees on the 19th and said there's no possibility of a refund! I will never do business with Crunch again.
