    Mercedes-Benz International - rude, dishonest
The service manager was very rude and dishonest and unsupportive. I took my mercedes in there and it had a recall in it and then when I got the car back the none of the features in the steering wheel worked. And then when I told them about it they acted as if they were about to kill me! They meaning the service manager! I felt threatened.
