4/11 at about 5:30 pm. I walked in the store. As I began to browse. I was told that I would have to leave my back pack up front. I asked why. I was told it was store policy. I asked if the policy was posted and I pointed out a lady that had a purse bigger than my bag. After no response I immediately got upset. After being asked to leave. I gave a few choice words. I don't appreciate being profiled because of my skin color.

I purchased this item on the 17Nov19 at3:27 p.m. from Roses Store #235. Talked with Karen At customer service desk who informed me "we can take it back but I'll inform the store manager (Anna) who wasn't there and send her a picture. Anna denied the exchange and said" we don't put merchandise out in that condition. I was and still feel disrespected having paid for the rust stained table and treated as If it was my fault that I didn't find the discrepancy before purchased.
