On 10/24/19 I was at rural king in zephyrhills 4:24pm. I went to get in line and there was already 6 people in line and there was only 1 register open and there were 3 employees standing in a group just chit chatting. Then I heard someone get on the radio to tell someone to get on a register about that time there are about 15 customers standing in line getting mad. I use to be a manager and if there were 3 or more people in line someone jumped on a register to help to keep customers happy. The manager on duty was Dan and the only reason I know that is because the cashier I asked told me. The cashier that rung me up was the only on register when I got in line and even he was upset over the situation of not getting help. I took a picture of my receipt so you know I was there at the time I gave you. Please take care of this because customer service the key to a business if you don't have it then you don't have a business and alot of those employees need to be trained on customer service.
