Ordered breakfast from drive thru at McDonalds in Vero Beach on Rt. 60 and 58th Ave. I paid and was told to pull up and wait (not an issue). When the food came to the car the bag was leaking with oil and they forgot drinks. She returned to get the drinks and when I opened the bag my breakfast sandwich was not wrapped it was in pieces at the bottom. They were rude and gave me attitude and a difficult time getting refund. I was in uniform (Local firefighter) so I just walked out not to create a scene. I never received my refund. This was very unprofessional. I had to go get breakfast else where. There frappe was really running it wasn’t made right I will not get one again
