I ordered 6 Holiday Brunch boxes for Christmas on December 6th to be delivered by the 20th. It was getting closer to the 20th and I was getting worried that my gifts were not going to show up so I emailed them, I did get a response, They are in transit. That's the only response I received and I emailed them 5 more times after that. They said there were shipped Fedex which I did get a tracking number mind you a tracking number for each individual box not one tracking number for the one order. So now the 24th came and the post office delivered 4 of the boxes not the 6 that was ordered. So that's 18 days from the time I placed my order and still only received 4 out of 6. Now to the fruit. It was horrible looking very small and all marked up with brown marks. I should have bought local here in Idaho we probably grow better oranges and grapefruit than Hale Groves does. So Christmas was a a disaster for me and full of embarrassment to say the least. I did receive the other 2 boxes on the 26th and than on the 27th got an email from Hale Groves that my boxes were in transit. Man what an outstanding company!

Hale Groves / Southern Fulfillment Services - Cake wasn't properly made
We bought a cake from the company Hale Groves. It was the last time, when we bought from them. The taste was awful and in my opinion the cake wasn’t ready. The dough was moisty. We posted negative review on their website, but they deleted it and sent us so unpleasant and rude email. We were shocked to find out that they have used so many unpleasant words to their customers. Don’t buy cakes from these people.

I was completely disappointed in the company Hale Groves. My sister ordered fruits for me through the company, but when I received the parcel, there weren’t a fruit. There was only mould and nothing else. I threw all fruits away and placed large complaint on the website. I told my sister not to order from them and decided to share my awful experience with other people. Stay as far as possible from them.
My sister and I have been long time customers of Hale Grove. Your Honey Bells are a favorite. This year she (Elizabeth Haas) sent me the 3 layer monster package. I brought then in and placed them in mt storage room as I planned to open them the next day. I opened the box and a very nasty smell emitted. Mold on 22 of the 36 pieces. Needless to say I was very surprised and disappointed. Since I did not purchase the fruit myself I hesitated to tell her. I instead wrote this complaint. I am reasonable sure that your company has lost two customers. My sister is an attorney and uses your business to send gratitude to clients in the past. I really can not recommend your company in the future. Hopefully you can figure out the problems in order to improve customer satisfaction
