I got off work in Tampa Fl. Went down the street on Fowler Ave. To Pollo Tropical. Was excited to see all the chicken grilling smelling good. I stood in front of the customer counter for approximately 8 Full minutes. There must have been 8 people behind the counter and one man eating at a table alone in the restaurant whom worked there. (He had a Pollo Tropical shirt on). And he yelled to his co-workers "you have a customer waiting". I waited a few more minutes and NO ONE ELSE was in the restaurant. Just me. I never leave or get frustrated but there was No Excuse to avoid waiting on a customer. I don't know where the manager was or IF they had one. Granted they all SEEMED busy but to me if you have a customer walk in you should acknowledge having an in person customer. But NO, so I walked out went down the street to Pita Republic where there was one lady working by HERSELF and got dinner for tonight 7/2/20 this happened approximately 5:05. I don't think I will ever try Pollo Tropical again. Very disappointed. Maybe management should check there employees.
10/7/2020 pollo tropical de la 36 st entre 72 y 74 ave 7 pm, entre al la tienda era primero en la fila, pase 5 minutos sin que nadie me volviera a ver ni atender hasta que le hice seña a uno de los empleados el cual me dijo que esperara que atendiera las comidas del drive thru o si major me fuera por el drive thru para atenderme, insolito ! me fue la drive thru hice fila nuevamente en mi pick up truck pedi half chickens, dark meet, insolito solo habia pechuga, por lo cual me marche, ya son varios incidents que he tenido con mi comida favorite, excelente comida, bastante bajo el nivel de atencion al cliente . Gracias
