Out of all my experiences shopping at Ross over the years this has to be the worst customer service experience ever. My shopping experience was a breeze, it wasn't until I made it to the checkout counter that I received terrible customer service. There was one cashier open with a line of people. Several associates were just walking around like they could not help the one cashier who was open. Then one cashier stepped in to open another register in which she was extremely rude and did not greet me at all. I didn't hear her say her register was opening at first so when she said it a second time it was said in a frustrated and nasty tone. She did not thank me after my transaction and remained with an angry face the entire time as if she didn't want to be there. I feel if you do not want to be at work don't come in if you're unable to perform your job in the proper manner. This type of behavior is not a good look for your brand.
