I was a late check in on 18 December 2018 (technically 19dec18). I checked in around midnight. I stayed in room #219.
When I arrived to check in, the lobby door was locked. I waiting until your representative arrived and opened the door. She arrived in a car with her boyfriend and they entered the lobby together.
I asked you representative to give me a later check out time and she said to place the privacy placard on the door, which I did. I was woken up around 11:30 am by a police officer. Is this how you treat your customers? I noticed that the door placard was laying on the ground near te door.
I think your representative was more interested in her boyfriend than in taking care of my details such as updating her notes in my acccount for a later checkout time.
Your front desk also called me and they hung up on me after I told them I just arrived today and I needed more time. After all, I just arrived on 19 December and checked out within 15 minutes when the police officer arrived. I have never been treated with disrespect or misuderstanding before. I just traveled from Egypt to Rome to Atanta to Tallahassee. I had not slept on the plane and needed a good sleep. Being woke up by a police officer is not a good way to wake up.!
